El plazo para la cancelación total de la deuda que contraiga cada adjudicatario podrá ser hasta de veinte (20) anos. En estas adjudicaciones el instituto de crédito territorial otorgara prestamos hasta por el ciento por ciento (100%) valor del apartamiento adjudicado.
