El ordinal d) del parágrafo del artículo 5° De la ley 64 de 1936 , quedara así:
"A fijar precios de venta en fabrica para la manteca vegetal con base en el costo de producción y utilidad para el fabricante que no exceda del doce por ciento anual del capital invertido".
