FLETE O TARIFA. Para los efectos del Decreto 2324 de 1984, se entiende como flete o precio del transporte marítimo la denominada "tarifa básica", aumentada con los recargos o cualquier otro componente que altere el valor final del transporte.

Parágrafo

Las tarifas deberán agruparse por ruta o por sector geográfico, pudiendo diferenciarse según los distintos puertos de origen y destino, y deberán fijarse por categorías de cargamentos.
