El Ministerio de Minas y Energía calificará los documentos e informes a que se refieren los artículos 49, 50 y 51 de este Decreto declarando si llenan o no los requisitos señalados. En el segundo caso, fijará un término para que el interesado subsane las deficiencias que se anoten. Si el Ministerio lo juzgare necesario comprobará sobre el terreno la exactitud de los datos contenidos en tales documentos e informes y los gastos que se ocasionen serán por cuenta del interesado.
