Prorroga de la vigencia. Los decretos legislativos que dicte el Gobierno durante el Estado de Conmoción Interior, dejaran de regir tan pronto como se declare restablecido el orden público, pero se podrá prorrogar su vigencia hasta por 90 días mas.
