Para el sostenimiento de los establecimientos de que trata la presente Ley, decrétase un auxilio de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000) para cada uno en su primer año. Para las vigencias siguientes, el Gobierno apropiará las partidas que sean necesarias, a fin de garantizar el funcionamiento del plantel.
