Artículo sexto. Las personas que, con anterioridad a la vigencia del presente Decreto, hayan desempeñado los cargos de Notario y registradores, y que reúnan los requisitos legales, tendrán derecho a que la Nación les pague la pensión de jubilación. El tiempo servido por estas personas en las Notarias u Oficinas de Registro, podrán sumarse al de otros empleos oficiales que hayan desempeñado, para efectos de la jubilación, pagando las cuotas correspondientes, conforme se dispone en el artículo quinto.
