Ejecutoriada la providencia del Registrador Municipal, le enviará a la Administración o Recaudación de Hacienda Nacional copia para que proceda a hacer efectiva la multa y se abstenga de expedir a los sancionados certificados de paz y salvo, hasta tanto no efectúen el pago de aquella. Cuando se trate de empleado público, la multa será pagada mediante descuentos sucesivos que hará el respectivo pagador, del 10% del sueldo mensual devengado.
