Art. 29. Los cursos necesarios para obtener el título de Doctor en Medicina y Cirugía se dividirán en seis años de estudio por lo menos; los de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas, así como los de Matemáticas e Ingeniería, en cinco años por lo menos.
