Las donaciones revocables se confirman i dan la propiedad del objeto donado, por el mero hecho de morir el donante sin haberlas revocado, i sin que haya sobrevenido en el donatario alguna causa de incapacidad o indignidad, bastante para invalidar una herencia o legado; salvo el caso del artículo 1195, inciso 2.º.
