Los funcionarios que alteren, tramiten o autoricen de manera indebida los cambios de servicio establecidos mediante el presente decreto, serán investigados y sancionados de conformidad con lo previsto en el Código Disciplinario Unico, Ley 734 de febrero 5 de 2002.
