La casa que la Nación posee en la ciudad de San Gil y que fue destinada para construir en ella la Penitenciaría, por la Ley 23 de 1925 , continuará sirviendo para las oficinas del Tribunal Judicial de San Gil. El Ministerio de Obras Públicas ordenará que sea refeccionada debidamente.
