Para todos los trabajos de saneamiento antimalárico de los puertos del río Magdalena y otros que se adelanten con dinero del Gobierno Nacional, el Gobierno podrá organizar la División de Malariologia, Ministerio de Higiene, en forma conveniente para adelantar los trabajos.
