º. A partir del 1º de agosto del corriente año, crease la Oficina Postal y Telegráfica de Cartago (Nariño) con el siguiente personal y asignaciones: Cartago (Nariño). Telegrafista Administrador, con sueldo mensual de $ 60 00 y nómbrase para desempeñarla a Waldina Montana.
El gastó que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto, se .imputará al capítulo 77 artículo 1428 de las apropiaciones vigentes. Comuníquese y publíquese
