° Entre el Ministerio de Educación y los favorecidos con becas en el Exterior, se firmará un contrato, en el que conste la obligación de éstos, de prestar sus servicios como profesores en Universidad o establecimiento oficial, cuando así se lo exija el Gobierno, cuantía de la beca, viáticos clase de estudios y demás compromisos que se contraigan por una y otra parte.
