Artículo quinto. Peritos. Los peritos serán designados uno por el interesado y otro por el Jefe de la Comisión, este último efectuará el levantamiento topográfico del terreno de conformidad con las especificaciones técnicas que señale el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, y ambos peritos asesorarán al Jefe de la Comisión en la práctica de la inspección ocular para comprobar los hechos a que se refiere el artículo siguiente.

Parágrafo

En las adjudicaciones de baldíos de cabida inferior a cincuenta (50) hectáreas el interesado podrá adherir al perito que designe el Jefe de la Comisión.
