Por el hecho de no remitir las relaciones dentro del término expresado, incurrirán los responsables en una multa de $5 a $10 oro, que impondrá el Jefe de la Sección de Contabilidad del respectivo Ministerio, con la firma del Ministro. En caso de reincidencia se destituirá al empleado responsable.
