El Ministerio de Transporte a través de la dependencia quecorresponda controlará y expedirá los permisos especiales para el funcionamiento y utilización de las embarcaciones como lanchas, botes inflables, bicicletas acuáticas, canoas, motos acuáticas, veleros, balsas, y otras, en los parques, lagos, lagunas, ríos y embalses, y exigirá a los participantes de las actividades turísticas, recreativas y deportivas la dotación respectiva, a fin de garantizar la seguridad integral del individuo.
