Los Gobernadores, Intendentes Nacionales, Comisarios Especiales, Alcaldes, y Jefes de Policía Nacional, Departamental o Municipal estarán obligados a comunicar a la Sección Civil del Ministerio de Guerra cualquiera violación d las disposiciones de este Decreto para aplicar a los responsables la sanción correspondiente.
