Garantía de inversión territorial . Los recursos de que trata el presente decreto se percibirán por parte del Territorio Indígena, sin perjuicio de los recursos que los correspondientes departamentos u otras entidades de derecho público deben invertir en el Territorio Indígena, conforme con sus competencias legales y fuentes de financiamiento, en el marco de la coordinación efectiva con las autoridades indígenas.
