El Ministerio de Guerra al resolver la solicitud deberá indicar al peticionario el aeródromo donde debe hacer la primera escala y la ruta que debe seguir para su ingreso al territorio nacional, los vuelos que autoriza en Colombia, el tiempo que puede permanecer la aeronave en el territorio y todas las informaciones relativas a la navegación aérea.
