Artículo primero. A partir del 13 de octubre de 1980, el auxilio de transporte a que tienen derecho los empleados Oficiales y los trabajadores particulares que devenguen un salario mensual de hasta dos (2) veces el salario mínimo legal será de cuatrocientos cincuenta pesos ($ 450.00) mensuales.
