Delégase al doctor Juan Fernando Cristo Bustos, Ministro del Interior, la coordinación de los delegados del Gobierno en cada una de las entidades territoriales, que se designan en el artículo siguiente para la promoción del normal desarrollo de la jornada de votación del próximo domingo 2 de octubre y las garantías para el pleno ejercicio de los derechos de los ciudadanos en el territorio nacional.
