º. Proyecto o conjunto de soluciones. Se entiende por proyecto, el conjunto de diez (10) o más soluciones de vivienda del mismo tipo, concentradas especialmente, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que para el efecto establezca la Junta. Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana, Inurbe. La vivienda usada y el mejoramiento al que se refiere el artículo 18 del presente Decreto no requerirán concentración espacial. Las soluciones de vivienda que conformen estos proyectos podrán ser unidades básicas por desarrollo progresivo, unidades básicas, viviendas mínimas, mejoramiento de vivienda y mejoramiento integral de vivienda y entorno.
