º La Junta De Que Trata El Artículo Anterior Estará Integrada Por: - El Jefe Del Departamento Administrativo De Intendencias Y Comisarías, Dainco

Decreto 471 de 1986 · por el cual se dictan normas sobre regulación y control de inmigraciones y asentamientos humanos en el territorio de la Intendencia Especial de San Andrés y Providencia y se dictan otras disposiciones.

º La Junta de que trata el artículo anterior estará integrada por: - El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías, DAINCO. quien la presidirá. El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, DAS. - Un delegado del Presidente de la República. - Un delegado del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. - El Intendente Especial de San Andrés y Providencia. - El Comandante del Comando Específico asignado a la zona. - Un representante del Consejo Intendencial elegido por la Corporación.

Parágrafo

La Junta podrá invitar a sus sesiones, con voz pero sin voto, a los funcionarios de cualquier dependencia administrativa que considere conveniente, así como a aquellas personas que ejerzan actividades relacionadas con la materia a tratarse.
