La administración y conservación de las obras de los servicios públicos de las zonas de colonización como plantas eléctricas, acueductos, canales de irrigación, etc., estarán a cargo del Instituto, mediante el cobro de los derechos correspondientes, según las tarifas fijadas por la Junta Directiva para tales servicios.
