Ley 20 de 1990 · por medio de la cual se incluye en el Presupuesto Nacional una partida, por conducto del Ministerio de Justicia, para la creación del Pabellón Industrial en la Cárcel Judicial de Valledupar, Departamento del Cesar.

Destínase en el Presupuesto Nacional, Ministerio de Justicia, en la vigencia inmediata a la sanción de la presente Ley, la suma de ciento cincuenta millones de pesos ($ 150.000.000.00) para la creación del Pabellón Industrial en la Cárcel Judicial de la ciudad de Valledupar, Departamento del Cesar.

Parágrafo

El Pabellón Industrial de dicho Centro Carcelario estará integrado por los siguientes talleres:

Zapatería.

Cerámicas.

Confecciones.

Carpintería y ebanistería.

Fundición y chatarrería.

Mecánica y electricidad.
