ARTICULO 2.4.3.2.32 .- GARANTÍA DE LOS DEPOSITANTES DE LA SECCION DE AHORRO Y VIVIENDA. Es garantía de los depositantes de la Sección de Ahorro y Vivienda del Banco Central Hipotecario, el capital afectado al funcionamiento de la misma. El mencionado capital, sus incrementos y los recursos captados sólo podrán ser invertidos de acuerdo con lo dispuesto por las normas vigentes para las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda. TITULO IV.
