º. Introducción de mercancías al resto del territorio nacional. La introducción al resto del territorio nacional de las mercancías importadas las Zona de Régimen Aduanero Especial de Leticia, deberá someterse a la modalidad de importación ordinaria. Para el efecto deberá contar con el respectivo registro o licencia de importación, certificado de inspección preembarque cuando se requiera y efectuar pago del gravamen arancelario y del impuesto sobre las ventas correspondiente.

Parágrafo

Si para obtener el levante las mercancías de que trata el presente artículo, se requiere Certificado de inspección preembarque, las Sociedades de Certificación deberán llevar a cabo la diligencia correspondiente en el municipio de Leticia.
