Créase una estación Radiodifusora dependiente del Congreso, que se llamará "Radio Congreso Nacional", destinada a la transmisión, por onda corta y larga, de las sesiones de ambas Cámaras.

Parágrafo

Durante las sesiones del Congreso, la Radiodifusora del Congreso Nacional estará a cargo de los Presidentes de ambas Cámaras y durante su receso bajo la dirección del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, quien la administrará por intermedio de la Radiodifusora Nacional.
