Caso de que el Cuerpo Legislativo no se reuniere en tiempo oportuno para dictar los Presupuestos de Rentas y Gastos correspondientes á la próxima vigencia económica y á las subsiguientes, los presentes Presupuestos continuarán rigiendo con las modificaciones consiguientes al producto de las Rentas y á las que en virtud de autorizaciones especiales les introduzca el Poder Ejecutivo.
