Pago de servicios de salud . Cuando un trabajador requiera atención médica y su afiliación se encuentre suspendida por causa del no pago por parte del empleador, éste deberá asumir totalmente el costo de dicha atención o cancelar el valor total de las cotizaciones atrasadas respecto de la totalidad de sus trabajadores.
