° La salida de mercaderías de zonas francas á terceros países, constituirá exportación sólo en lo referente al valor agregado nacional, y en consecuencia, el reintegro de divisas deberá efectuarlas por dicho valor. Los inversionistas extranjeros podrán abstenerse de reintegrad el valor de sus exportaciones.
