En los términos del artículo 4º del Decreto 3069 de 1968, la Junta Nacional de Tarifas de Servicios Públicos dispondrá lo necesario para la aplicación de los criterios enunciados en este Decreto; autorizará los valores máximo de las tarifas que cada empresa pueda cobrar por la prestación de su servicio y establecerá todo lo concerniente a los servicios no mencionados aquí, tales como energía reactiva, consumo fijo y servicios extraordinarios.
