El Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística (DANE), por conducto del Banco Nacional de Datos, organizará un servicio informativo que suministre al público copia de los documentos a que se refiere la presente Ley. Para el efecto, el DANE irá señalando los documentos que deben ser suministrados al Banco, impartirá instrucciones sobre los requisitos y características que debe reunir la información que a éste se envíe y fijará las tarifas que por cada copia se cobrará a los usuarios del servicio.
