º. Deróganse los artículos 6º, 7º, 8º y 9º del Decreto legislativo número 2966-bis del 13 de noviembre de 1953, y declárase que, por no haber funcionado en la práctica la estampilla pro-Turismo Nacional, que el mencionado Decreto creó con vigencia desde el 1º. de enero del año en curso, el gravamen correspondiente no se ha causado.
