I ncompatibilidades . Los funcionarios de la Contraloría General de la República que hayan ejercido el control fiscal en la Empresa, y sus parientes dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad, no podrán ser nombrados para prestar sus servicios en ella sino después de un año de producido su retiro.
