Art. 9 º Los Jueces de Circuito, por conducto de la Gobernación del Departamento, remitirán al Ministerio de Relacionas Exteriores una copia autorizada de la diligencia de inventarios de los bienes de la herencia, del auto en que se declara yacente y de las diligencias de remate de los bienes, informando acerca de la fecha y la cuantía de los depósitos que por el curador se hayan hecho en la tesorería general.
