Parágrafo 1

del artículo 2.9.17.1.2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo 1

Los emisores que ostenten la calidad de entidades estatales, así como las entidades con participación directa o indirecta del Estado superior al cincuenta por ciento (50%) en su capital social, independientemente de su naturaleza y del orden al cual pertenezcan, que hagan uso del mecanismo regulado en el presente Título, no podrán utilizar fondos provenientes de la entidad estatal que actúe en calidad de emisor para el desarrollo de la actividad de formación de liquidez”.
