Los importadores de artículos que pasen libres por las Aduanas darán al Gobierno de no caución al Gobierno de o aplicar dichos artículos a objeto distinto de aquel por el cual se exonera del derecho. Si en alguna forma se comprobare uso distinto se exigirá a más de la caución el doble del impuesto de aduana que corresponda al mismo artículo aplicado con diverso objeto.
