° Depósito de mercancías especiales . Adiciónase el artículo 524 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, modificado por el artículo 51 del Decreto 1232 de 2001, con el siguiente numeral, el cual quedará así: “10. Los hidrocarburos y sus derivados a la Fuerza Pública, Ecopetrol S. A., establecimientos autorizados de expendio de hidrocarburos o sus derivados, o depósitos habilitados con infraestructura adecuada para estos fines”.
