Artículo Séptimo. A partir de la fecha de la instalación del Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Planeación, cesarán en sus funciones el Consejo Nacional de Economía y el Comité Nacional de Planeación de la Presidencia de la República, creados por los Decretos números 3080 y 3103 de 1954, respectivamente, y las atribuciones conferidas a esos organismos por dichos decretos o por otras disposiciones legales vigentes, serán asumidas por el Consejo.
