° Créase el Ejército del Centro, el cual constará hasta de seis mil hombres. Dicho Ejército se compondrá : 1.° de los Cuerpos de la Guardia Colombiana que se encuentran en Cundinamarca i Boyacá ; 2.° de los de la misma clase que en los sucesivo se organicen en tales Estados ; i 3.° de las milicias de los mismos siempre que estén o se hallen al servicio inmediato del Gobierno nacional por haber sido incorporadas a las fuerzas federales en lo términos correspondientes.

Parágrafo

El Ejército de Reserva quedará eliminado tan luego como se organice el que se crea por este decreto.
