El Gobierno hará que sea entregado a la Junta de que trata el artículo 20 de la presente Ley, el producto mensual de los impuestos causados por la navegación entre Cartagena y Montería, y viceversa, y lo que se haya cobrado de tales impuestos en especies, conforme al Decreto ejecutivo número 1303 de 1908, y en efectivo, desde que se crearon dichos impuestos hasta hoy.
