Para efectos de calificar y aceptar las cauciones a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se podrá comisionar a los Gobernadores de Departamento. Con la debida oportunidad se informará a los funcionarios encargados de posesionar a los Jueces, sobre la constitución de las fianzas. Sin haber recibido ese informe, no se podrá dar la posesión.
