º Los contratos cofinanciados que celebre la Caja de Vivienda Militar en desarrollo del Decreto 696 de 1971 y Acuerdos Reglamentarios de la honorable Junta Directiva, se someterán en lo relacionado con inhabilidades e incompatibilidades, prohibiciones, sujeción a la ley colombiana, capacidad y competencia, a las normas del Decreto - ley 222 de 1983. En los demás aspectos se seguirán las normas generales del derecho privado.
