º . Las asignaciones fijadas en las escalas señaladas en este Decreto corresponden exclusivamente a empleos de carácter permanente y de tiempo completo. Por ningún motivo se crearán empleos cuya jornada de trabajo sea diferente a tiempo complete o medio tiempo. Para los efectos de este Decreto se entiende por empleos de medio tiempo los que tienen jornada diaria de cuatro horas. Los empleos de medio tiempo se remunerarán en forma proporcional al tiempo trabajado. '
