Art.11. La Ajencia jeneral continuará con el carácter de oficina jeneral para el efecto de centralizar en ella todos los documentos de que habla el artículo 47 del decreto ejecutivo nacional de 24 de noviembre de 1864, que reglamenta la administración de aquellos bienes.
