Adiciónase el literal "k" al artículo 71 del Decreto número 1880 de 1988, así: k) Para el otorgamiento e imposición de las Medallas "Aguila de Gules", "Servicios Distinguidos a la Infantería de Aviación" y "Servicios Distinguidos al Cuerpo Logístico", se establece como requisito indispensable para el personal militar de la Fuerza Aérea, contar con la especialidad primaria o secundaria en cada una de las especialidades que allí se enuncian salvo aquellos casos autorizados por el Comando de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana.
