Art. 176. Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para nombrar y reglamentar una comisión plural de Abogados encargada de estudíar los Códigos nacionales á fin de presentará la consideración del Cuerpo Legislativo las reformas que se crea conveniente introducir á la legislación de la República.
